Back from the mountains

Just got back from spending a week up at Sugarloaf mountain in Maine. Couldn't have had a better time, good friends, good beer, and the most important thing of all 22" of perfect snow. Got some fresh tracks in some decent glades, made some good progression on the table tops, rails, and boxes they had set up. The best runs were definitely when everyone finally got up too the mountain and we could mob in a big pack goofing off on the whole run. With the whole train of kids throwing front and backside butter 1's and 3's off every little knoll we could find. Other highlights of the trip included a fridge stocked with junk food I haven't eaten since middle school. Geary's HSA being on tap at every mountain bar which clocks in at 7% ABV but is the same price at Budweiser drafts. Late night snowball fights. Mountain parking lot drifting. The key to the fun was starting drinking at 4 so we could crash at 10 and be up in time to ride when the lifts open at 8:30.

My new Bean Violator peformed awesome the whole time, super flexy and fun in the park but held a great edge on the days it got

In the condo where delicious Geary's HSA wasn't on tap, PBR remained the standard for the best deal in drinking.

Gearys Hampshire Special Ale definitley made the time spent at the more expensive mountain bars much easier to handle.

I've never eaten more bagel bites, pizza rolls, or mozzarella sticks at stupid hours of the night in my entire life.

Any downtime could luckily be filled with Discovery Channels constant broadcasts of Dirty Jobs, and the always entertaining without having to pay attention too Tru TV.
