Seasonal Bitters from Brooklyn

Louis Smeby a 28 year old Brooklynite originally from Minnesota has began producing seasonal bitters as the A.B Smeby Bitter Company. His official website isn't up yet but his blog can be found at http://absmebybitteringco.blogspot.com/. He creates each batch of bitters with seasonal flavors in mind. This seasonal concept will mean that only certain batches of bitters will be available at different times of the year. Herbs and spices such as cinnamon, licourice, vanila, cherry, and mollasses all make appearances in his different recepies of bitters.
